This section is just a kind of potpourri of the different strange encounters a foreigner will have when trying to deal with Japanese government agencies. Dealing with bureaucratic agencies will sometimes make you want to pull your hair out and jump up and down and scream like a child. Japanese government agencies are no exception. However, the Japanese versions have a bit of a different twist - mainly the staring at you until you finally give up and go on your merry way.
