Being in a Japanese School - Culturally

"Japanese School Culture"
A Look at Life in a Japanese School
Through a Pair of Western Eyes
(Events, Rituals and People)

"Not sure what's going on over there............
............ but it sure must be important" various gaijin-san

OK, here is where all the stuff about being a fly on the wall in a Japanese school is. These are all the posts that offer descriptions of what it's like to actually be in a Japanese school. Schools in Japan are dynamic places that have many more events and activities going on for longer lengths of the school year than most of their Western counterparts.

The pages listed here have nothing to do with teaching. The theme of these posts is what you could see and experience in a school if you could roam around and no one knew you were there. I'll try to cover everything eventually.........enjoy.
